Gain an insight into Tibetan culture at US festival

The Autumn Tibetan Festival is held on October 10 in New York City each year and runs from 1pm-5pm.

A host of cultural delights make up the event including learning how to make paper yaks or eating Tibetan dumplings.

The event is a celebration of art, food and entertainment of the Tibetan people and ranges in costs from $6 to $12.

Held in the Jacques Marchais Museum of Tibetan Art, visitors will get the chance to see the finest collection of the culture's art in the Western Hemisphere.

The event always provides a fun and interesting day for everyone in the family.
