Let London event shape your view of art

For a chance to view a completely varied range of modern sculpture, London offers a wonderful week in June.

Held in London's Mayfair, the London Sculpture Week brings together a host of sculptures in origin and period, which come from places such as South East Asia, Europe and China.

Running from 10-18 June, visitors can view pieces which run through history to present day work, all on show at galleries in the area, so that going from one to another is easy.

Each gallery will hold a special exhibition during the week and if people see something they like prices are set to range from around £2,500 to anywhere up to £2 million.

Some items go back 5500 years, with some Egyptian pieces from 3500 BC.
