Enjoy popular
art whilst experiencing the sites of Morocco
From July 3-10,
Morocco offers 10 days of music and performance at the Marrakesh Popular Arts
Festival.
Held in the Place
Djemaa El Fna, locations are used as outside venues for a host of traditional
folk performances, acrobats, storytellers and musicians.
Costs and times
for the festival vary, allowing visitors the chance to experience top art whilst
viewing the sites of Marrakesh.
Courtyards become
packed with sites such as trance-inducing music, belly dancers and musicians
and dancers from all over.
The event is said
to offer a taster of every element of the Moroccan culture.
