Jungleland is located halfway between Kissimmee
and Walt Disney World. It covers 7 acres and is home to around 80 exotic animals,
including big cats, apes, monkeys, bears, alligators and Tropical birds, The
zoo land is laid out around the Scenic lagoon, home to a host of waterfowl.
Kennedy
Space Centre located in the east coast of central Florida, better known
as Space Coast. Here you will also find Cape Canaveral, headquarters of the
U.S Space Program. It was from the Kennedy Space Centre that Neil Armstrong
made his first moon trip, and if you visit around lunchtime you can view the
6 miles from the Pad or when a shuttle is in orbit and special exhibitions track
its progress.
The Everglades
located on the South-western coast of the states dubbed the River of Grass by
conservationists, rich in Flora and Fauna, with Snakes, frogs, deer, turtle
lizards and birds that make their home here during the winter. One fifth of
the everglades are a National Park and there are several tourist trails throughout
the Varied Landscape.
Busch Gardens
Is located just outside Tampa. It is a large theme park, which also homes a
zoo. The zoo is comprised of a carefully constructed habitat such an African-Style
plain Rainforest, which support, lions, gorillas hyenas and Chimpanzees.
And for added thrill the Park also contains a number of rides including Kumba,
the fastest roller coaster in the state.
